We are pleased to discuss the nature of your Pig keeping requirements at any time. We can source Mangalitza Rare Breed Curly Coated Pigs either from our own litters, born and bred in Lincolnshire, or from our contacts with the small number of breeders around the United Kingdom or even abroad.

We are often asked about the cost of theses animals. As Rare Breeds they are never cheap compared to intensively reared commercial animals. However, the price does vary with the quality compared to the Breed Standard and the application to which the Pigs are to be put. Thus, a matched pair suitable for breeding will be somewhere around £1000, whilst a Smallholders 'Gardening' Pig would be between one and two hundred pounds. Specimens for showing would probably be valued between these two ranges. These are indications as each requirement will be discussed individually.

Sometimes Pigs are required for a period (such as a Summer season at a Farm Park) and we are pleased to attempt to work out an ongoing arrangement of 'sale and return' at a future date, particularly if this facilitates School children seeing the animals at first hand. Such options are limited to our facilities to handle the returns at given times of the year and as such cannot be guaranteed and need to be approached with some flexibility.

In our experience, every case is slightly different and often timing is important both from your point of view and ours. Hence, the earlier we can discuss your possible interest the better we can achieve a successful outcome for both of us.
