The following User Agreement governs the use of the Rectory Reserve site and services. Please read the rules contained in this Agreement. They can be accessed from links throughout the site. The use of the site will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. If you cannot agree to them, please do not continue using the site. Rectory Reserve expressly reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. All services provided by Rectory Reserve are subject to these terms together with any modification in writing previously given by a duly authorized representative. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This Agreement is governed by English Law.
Use of Copyrighted Material
Rectory Reserve permits you to view and use the material and data on this site solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not sell or modify it in any way for public or commercial purpose. The content such as text, graphics, images and other materials are protected by copyright under both English and foreign Law. Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark or other laws. You must maintain all copyright and other propriety notices contained in the originals and on any copies that are made for your personal use. The use on any other web site or in any networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
Authority to use any part of the site that contravenes these conditions must come in writing from us and will only be valid for the time period stipulated in the letter. If you violate these terms, Rectory Reserve and its service providers reserve the right to terminate your access to the site and you are required to immediately destroy any copies that you have made of any text, graphics, images or other materials.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998). Availability and Delivery
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Information on the site should not be viewed as indicating availability or pricing and is only a guide. It may be subject to revision before a delivery is made. Without limiting the generality of this statement, such reasons might include: typographical error, tax or duty changes and supplier misinformation. If we do not supply goods or services for any reason then we will not charge you for these and will refund any money already paid for them. Any dates indicated for delivery are estimates only and time is not of the essence of any agreement. We will not be responsible for compensation in the event any loss is incurred through delays or non-supply. An order is only placed and accepted by the parties at the time and place of delivery. Indicative orders placed through the website may be cancelled by either party at any time prior to delivery. Payment is due on receipt. Delivery is effected at the premises of Rectory Reserve from which orders may be collected by prior agreement. You are responsible for the goods after delivery including any loss or damage, howsoever caused.
